SpaceX launches a new “robot hotel” and more to the Space Station live

SpaceX CRS-19 mission, the 19th Commercial Resupply Mission to the International Space Station is ready to be launched. The SpX-19 will be flying under contract with NASA. These kinds of initiatives always have some sorts of defining purposes. The aim of the current mission is to ferry supplies, fetch experimental materials and other equipment to the International Space Station. These supplies will be unloaded by the astronauts that are inhabited at the orbiting research station.

SpaceX’s CRS-19 mission launches at 12:29 PM EST (9:29 AM PST). The initial launch date was pushed a day ahead due to uneven weather conditions. The launch live stream from SpaceX will begin right before the launch.

SpaceX has had a great record with the re-use of elements of past launch and mission vehicles. The SpaceX will look to recover the first stage booster of the Falcon 9. A Dragon Cargo capsule (carrying 5,200 lbs of payload) was flown twice before – in 2014, and in 2017. Falcon 9 will carry the Dragon to orbit.
