Is Paypal available in Pakistan? Any alternatives of Paypal in Pakistan?

I know there have been some progress in this direction to bring paypal in Pakistan but it has never been realized. There are some alternatives as well, like payment routers that connects you to paypal but not a direct solution. What do you guys know about it?
So the best method to use Paypal legally in Pakistan is to ask your relative or a friend in a foreign country to make you an account. Then you can use that account to withdraw money to your relative’s bank account and then that money can be transferred over to you in Pakistan through Skrill.

These guys do the same thing as mentioned above but they charge you for it since they’re not your relative. Honestly, Paypal is a dying breed. Payoneer is the more optimal option for freelancers in Pakistan. Recently, they announced their partnership with Jazz, to address the needs of Pakistani freelancers.
