4. Technical Settings of the Internet resource
Setting up a website correctly and eliminating various technical errors is one of SEO’s most important tasks. Search engines evaluate the quality of any Internet resource by many factors, and the fewer multiple problems on the site, the higher it will rank in the search.
Here are just some of the technical tasks:
- Setting up indexing ( robots.txt, sitemap)
- Speed of work and stable access to the resource
- Broken links
- CNC setting
- Code validity
- Html code (titles, descriptions) and much more.
Many people still believe that external optimization is about buying links and various runs (site directories, article directories, trust resources, etc.). Friends, these methods are outdated for a long time, and in most cases, runs can drive any site under the sanctions of search engines! Links work and will work, and you need to get them wisely and very carefully. The quality of the link mass does not depend on the number of links for a long time, and the quality of any link relies not only on the trust of the donor resource and its indicators.
First of all, any link should be of real benefit to people. That is, people should follow these links and receive valuable and useful content. And the optimizer should not care about the TCI and PageRank but new subscribers and customers. And this is an entirely different and more difficult task than runs and massive, sometimes rash, purchase of links! Also, associations should have other anchors, different types, etc.
